Hosts keep coming back
We were tasked to host a mandatory corporate training for all customer facing employees. In brainstorming for this training - what would have the most impact for our group, we came across the venue and opportunity to engage with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp team. Their team was responsive from the initial email to the final goodbye. We discussed our timing, scope, and overall goals, to which we were able to execute flawlessly. The Jumbo Shrimp team was more than prepared to facilitate and also handle many of the small communications that may have been overlooked. They responded quickly to any technical difficulties pre-meeting, during meeting, and after meeting. We sat 40+ employees with full AVD and an incredible backdrop to complete our training.
Even more, we packaged taking our talents to the ballpark for a same-day ball game. The remainder of employees accessed the park for the game and were met with the upmost communication, able to enjoy the day. A big thanks to this team for making it happen!
Our Technology Showcase at VyStar Ballpark was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The team was highly responsive and went the extra mile to assist with setup and ensure everything was prepared perfectly.

Daphne and the events team helped coordinate and host an incredible sales meeting for our Northeast Florida Agents! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team customized Harbour Hall to accommodate our meeting needs, provided all necessary AV equipment, and, most importantly, created a comfortable and welcoming environment for our team.
The breakfast and lunch catering options were plentiful, well received, and very cost-effective. Parking and access to the ballpark were also convenient and easy to communicate to our attendees, making the entire experience that much smoother.
